Without prejudice

Without Prejudice definition:
A reservation made on a statement or an offer that it is not an admission or cannot otherwise be used against the issuing party in future dealings or litigation with any determinative legal effect.

 


Without prejudice - A declaration that no rights or privileges of the party concerned are waived or lost. In a dismissal these words maintain the right to bring a subsequent suit on the same claim.

DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE - When a case is dismissed but the plaintiff is allowed to bring a new suit on the same claim.

Dismissal Without Prejudice When a case is dismissed without prejudice, it leaves the plaintiff free to bring another suit based on the same grounds, for example if the defendant doesn't follow through on the terms of a settlement.

Dismissal without prejudice: The losing party is permitted to sue again with the same cause of action.
Disposition: Determination of a charge; termination of any legal action.

Without Prejudice:
Without dismissing, damaging or otherwise affecting a legal interest or demand; without detriment to existing right or claim; relates to fact, not to opinion.
