Consent Decree
It refers to an understanding and argreement between the parties of the lawsuit that leads to final judgement by the judge with reference to the agreement between the parties.

informed consent - Permission to do something which is given with complete knowledge of all relevant facts, such as the risks involved or any available alternatives.

Informed consent - A person's agreement to allow something to happen (such as surgery) that is based on a full disclosure of facts needed to make the decision intelligently.
