Consumer Lists
Lists of names (address and telephone number) of private individuals. These lists are available in either electronic format or on labels.
they may suffer from it even more than consumer marketers do, since the number of business response lists has always been smaller and the best business lists offer relatively fewer names than do consumer lists.
