Corporate Culture - the particular strategies, style, systems, environment and shared values within an organization which contribute to its individuality.
That's enough to drive any corporate culture to distraction. Fortunately, Google continues to live in what might as well be an infinite universe as the scope of GoogleBots reach keeps growing exponentially.
Culture could relate to a country (national culture), a distinct section of the community (sub-culture), or an organization (corporate culture). It is widely accepted that you are not born with a culture, and that it is learned.
