What is Geotargeting?
Geo-targeting is the process of tailoring your advertising campaigns online so that potential customers in different physical locations see different ads.

 


GeoTargeting
In paid search, the method of distributing ads for a product or service to a defined market based on the geographic location of prospective buyers.

Geotargeting: Showing ads or content based on the geographic location of the viewer. On the Internet, geolocation is associated with IP address.

Geotargeting
Displaying (or preventing the display of) content based on automated or assumed knowledge of an end user's position in the real world. Relevant to both PC and mobile data services.
