Market Share
A company's sales of a given product or set of products to a given set of customers, expressed as a percentage of total sales of all such products to such customers.

General Strategies: Market Share Growth
This strategy looks to increase the marketer's overall percentage or share of market. In many cases this can only be accomplished by taking sales away from competitors.
