SPREAD - Advertisement or other print presentation that takes two facing pages in a magazine or newspaper. A full-page "spread" fills both pages and may take up the gutter in between as well.

center spread - The two facing pages at the center of a magazine, desirable because the pages are continuous with little or no interruption at the gutter.

How widespread is the deliverability problem?
To our knowledge there is no single reason that dictates why your e-mail may not be delivered and there are no standards either.
