Total Audience
Percent of households tuning to all or to any portion of a program for at least 6 minutes.

Supervision The manner of providing a job environment that encourages employee accomplishment.
Survey A research technique whereby information is systematically gathered from respondents by communicating with them.

Brand Vision The brand's guiding insight into its world.
Brand Mission How the brand will act on its insight.
Brand Values The code by which the brand lives. The brand values act as a benchmark to measure behaviors and performance.

Have a Vision — Have a Mission
Every business should have a vision and a mission. They represent a simple statement of goals and objectives. Your vision is your goal. How do you want your customers to perceive you? Are you the fastest?

vision A guiding theme that articulates the nature of the business/library and its intentions for the future, based upon how management believes the environment will unfold. A vision is informed, share, competitive and enabling.
