Difference between the air temperature and the dew-point.
Doldrums
(Equatorial Calms) Zone of calms or light variable winds, in the lower atmospheric layers.

Also called dew-point deficit, dew-point depression. Diabatic process Thermodynamic change of state of a system in which there is transfer of heat across the boundaries of the system. Compare to adiabatic process.
