Freezing Spray: An accumulation of supercooled water droplets on a vessel or object which are below the freezing point of water. It usually develops in areas with winds of at least 25 knots.

Heavy Freezing SprayAn accumulation of freezing water droplets on a vessel at a rate of 2 cm per hour or greater caused by some appropriate combination of cold water, wind, cold air temperature, and vessel movement.

Freezing SprayAn accumulation of freezing water droplets on a vessel caused by some appropriate combination of cold water, wind, cold air temperature, and vessel movement.
