Diagram
Display in schematic form of track-work and signals controlled by a signal box. The display could provide illuminated indications of signal and point operation, train positions, and descriptions.

Track curves can be used to break up the monotony of long straight sections of track. But their real utility is realized in turning your trains around.
The wiring diagram and instructions are included when you buy the circuit board. You can use either AC or DC power (10-18volts) connected to the + and - terminals on the board.
The circuit diagram for a two-color LED interlocking controller, and the actual wiring for an example situation, are included on the attached pages. This version will work with both rapid action and slow-motion switch motors.
Although the diagrams on these pages show a separate contactor for each signal, two signals located in different places in the layout can be connected to the same contactor so that the passage of the train operates both of them simultaneously.
Next you need an exploded diagram for your loco. Greenberg has books of these for many makers. There are many different designs employed in locomotive construction so the following procedure is necessarily vague to cover many types of locos.
Clearance Diagram
A graphic depiction for visually comparing load configurations with fixed obstruction configurations, or with car or load configurations on an adjacent track.
Track Plan A diagram showing the arrangement of tracks on a layout. It can be either a to-scale drawing or a schematic diagram.
In the diagram below the basic oval design has two straightaway segments connected by a semi-circle at each end. This is a layout which can easily be created with sectional track without the use of a specific manufacturer design.
Make sure you know how to plan out a diagram.

Wiring Diagram 42-1.
1. Remove the trucks from the passenger car. Install the brushes and brush holder on one or both trucks. Solder a wire to the outer housing of each brush. Install the metal wheels in the trucks.
Colour Wheel
A circular diagram in which primary and usually intermediate colours are arranged sequentially so that related colours are next to each other and complementary colors are opposite.
Mount the arcs in the corners of the room.. ( see diagram) Use the plywood arcs at the ceiling ( three inches from the ceiling), mid-way and bottom of the backdrop. Support the arcs with 1x2's screwwed into studs.

Avoiding line ...
The original placement of the 2nd hitch before this car became "UNIT A" in a long runner. It is set about 1/2 way down the car, use the diagram provided with an 89' TOFC, for hitch placement of a "Twin 45".
