If you look carefully behind the road number on the side of the cab you will observe two grab irons that run the entire height of the car body. Just behind those grab irons look carefully at the black car body itself.

"Low" rear hear light mounted vertically, high sand filler accessed from roof, or a trio of grab irons mounted to the rear of the long hood.
