In the old days, there was no such unit as 'SWAT.' Larger departments might have a tactical unit, but that was the extent of it. Most special units were formed for countering specific types of crimes and criminals.

An artificial flower specialist came up with the idea of using a plastic type fern instead of a dried fern. The only problem with this fern was in fact that it was a little thicker than the dried fern and brown in colour.

The hot wire tool I use was purchased from MicroMark who is a model tool specialty company. The cutter came with a video and 8 wires. I have carved approximately 82 square feet of foam and I am only on my second wire.

When your track layout comprises two or more independent ovals, control of each is simple and requires no special electronic circuitry. Connect one power supply with built-in speed controller to each loop.

Track sections that double back on itself (trains reverse direction while running) are called reversing loops and require special wiring. It is important to make the reversing loop its own electrical block, and wire it as shown in the picture.

The thing that made them unusual was that they had a clever system installed that permitted the driver to run the train from a special cab at the end of the coach.

Just a piece of wire held in a special tool handle. It plugs into the electric mains, gets hot and melts the polystyrene tile as you move it through the material.

Most likely, though, they specialize and search for only those trains made by a particular company or during a certain era.
