There are several sellers on eBay who slab pocket change for big bucks buy slabbing far less than perfect coins and putting them in slabs marked MS70.
Cannot figure out why a 1988 MS70 Silver Eagle Regular Strike is listed at 4000 while the 1988-S Proof70 lists for 2200, then drops way down to 120 for a Proof69. Who sets these prices, the buyers and sellers or the coin grading business?
