Norbana 2.
The reverse styles, strike, and condition would be convincing. The obverse legend is misspelled with two R's. There is much obverse corrosion and the piece is far too light -- it should weigh about 3.9 grams.

LXVI behind/Grain ear, fasces and caduceus, Norbana 2, Syd. 739, Craw.357/1b. Centered, slight weakness at top rev., few very light old scratches obv., light grey tone, nice portrait, clear legends, about Very Fine....SOLD Photo ...

An example of this kind is given in Morell, on coins of the Licinia moneyer and also of the gens Norbana, so far as relates to the fasces, but the securis does not appear on them.
