The Draped Bust and Capped Bust Quarter Dollars can be very difficult to find. The more common Washington Head version of the Quarter Dollars has some interesting varieties like double dies for 1934, 1942-D, 1943, and 1943-S.
It wasn't until 1804 that quarter dollars were minted again and this time the design featured a large eagle on the reverse. The "Draped Bust" design was made until 1807 when the mint again stopped minting quarters.

Browning's 1925 book The Early Quarter Dollars of the United States, 1796-1838. Breen references an article in the April 1887 issue of the American Journal of Numismatics (page 95) as a source for the Stuart/Bingham connection.
But a special act of Congress dated March 4, 1931, authorized the issuance of the Washington Quarter Dollar. The reverse displays a "heraldic" bald eagle standing on a bundle of arrows (reminiscent of the fasces) above two laurel branches.
