Satin lustre
Fine, silky finish seen mostly on copper and nickel business strike coins. Almost no "cartwheel" effect is seen on coins with satin lustre.

The Bass Collection coin exhibits moderately reflective satin lustre with a hint of green. A few abrasions are noted, consistent with the grade, but none are serious.
