Consentia (Cosenza) was an inland town, situated among the hills near the sources of the river Krathis.
In 1951, Victor Paz Estensoro (who just happened to have been the head of the MNR in 1943) was elected president in absentia and the outgoing president turned over the position to an army junta.
Of course, this medal is uniface and thus, Mount Vernon is in absentia.
