Thin Market
Term used to describe coins that have a limited market on the buy/sell side. Many esoteric coins can be thinly traded. In other words, a "Thin Market" suggest very few interested buyers for a certain coin.

Term used to describe less-than-great market fundamentals (supply & demand) for a given coin. For example, most PATTERN coins are quite rare -- however, not very popular items to own.

Descriptive of coins struck by hand, using a hammer to impress the dies.

Bracteate - A very thin medieval European coin with the design impressed on one side showing through to the other side.
