Blind perforations - impressions made for perforations but not fully removed. These are considered freaks, not errors, and do not command a premium. Not to be confused with imperforate stamps.

Blind perforation: stamps that are that are lightly perforated.
Block: A set of four or more not separated stamps, including at l two stamps both vertically and horizontally.
Bogus: A fictitious stamp created for sale to collectors.

Blind Perforation Perforation holes that have been lightly impressed where the holes are not punched out into the stamps, leaving the paper intact.

Stamps having Blind Perforations appear to be Imperforate, but if there is even a trace of a perforation or die-cut dent, it is considered a Blind Perforation.

Blind Perforations - an impression made by perforating pins in a place where perforations were intended, but from which chads were not removed. These interesting varieties are not imperforate stamps.

Blind Perforation: Perforations that have been only lightly impressed by the perforating pins, leaving the paper intact, but cut or with a faint impression. Some stamps that appear to be imperforate really are not if they have blind perfs.

Blind Perforations. Hole punching which did not register, leaving the paper intact, or with slight impress markings.
Blocks. Unsevered units of four or more stamps, arranged at least two by two.

Blind perforations are slight indentations made by perforating pins, but there's no hole and no paper is missing.
Punched-out perforation holes are called "chad," a word prominent in the 2000 presidential election.

Blind perforation - A perforation hole not punched out (blunt or missing pin) leaving the paper intact but marked. Generally considered to be a minor variety carrying little premium.
Blk - (abbrev) Block of stamps, quantity always quoted.
