Bluish Paper - paper with 35% rag content (instead of all wood pulp) and a blue mineral colorant used to print certain postage stamps issued in 1909. The resulting stamp papers have a pale bluish color. Examples: Scott 357-366.

It looks like Scott 359, the bluish paper variety, which catalogs $1,800! Its centering is excellent for that stamp.
