Nondenominated stamps have values too

None of the United States stamps pictured on this page bears a denomination. For most stamps, the denomination represents the postage value.
Nondenominated: A stamp with no numerical inscription designating the face value. The value of some nondenominated stamps are marked by a designated letter. Others may have a service inscription that indicates the rate the stamp fulfills.
Nondenominated - A stamp without an indication of its face value.

*Nondenominated Stamp - a stamp that does not have a value printed on its face, but often has an assigned value. Such stamps often have a letter of the alphabet as part of their design that represents an assigned value.
