OMNIBUS ISSUE: Stamps issued by several different countries commemorating the same event and often having similar designs.

Omnibus issue: An issue released by several countries to commemorate a common theme.
On paper: Stamps which are still affixed to the envelope.
On piece: A stamp on a part of an envelope preserved with the cancellation.

Omnibus Issue: An issue released by several postal entities celebrating a common theme. Omnibus issues may or may not share a keytype design.
