Junior Philatelist of America
The Junior Philatelists of America, founded in 1963, is an organization primarily for stamp collectors under age 18.

Philatelists are one of the largest collecting groups worldwide and numerous companies are in the business of supplying them with products for the display and storage of their prized collections.

Philatelists - How You Can Support the Program
The purpose of the program is to engage enthusiastic young stamp collectors in the activities of the broader organized philatelic world.

Philatelists use the term "on piece" to describe a cancelled stamp on a piece of paper, usually a corner cut from an envelope, and ideally including all of the postmark/cancellation. A stamp may also be "on cover", i.e.
