LOOK Coil - phosphor tagged version of the 3-cent Statue of Liberty coil in the 1954 Liberty Series, issued without advance notice in October 1966 for use on LOOK Magazine promotional mailings.
Liner paper is visible between each stamp, and liner paper also extends slightly above and below the stamp. The strip of five 34¢ Statue of Liberty coils shown at the bottom of Figure 1 illustrates this second format.
