The Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland rules that Romanian footballer Adrian Mutu has lost his final appeal in a five-year legal battle meaning he has to pay a record E17 million in damages for breaching his contract.

His wife was the cousin of a Supreme Court Justice who has now become famous as the only justice who voted against the Dred Scott Decision, Justice Harlan.

Figure 2 shows two 20¢ Flag Over Supreme Court stamps of 1981. The stamp at left, perforated on all four sides, is from the pane of 100 (Scott 1894).

The 20¢ Flag over Supreme Court stamps, for instance, received catalog numbers for both wide and narrow block tagging.

Potato Tax Paid Stamp - revenue stamp required by the Potato Act of 1935. Because the Supreme Court quickly declared the act unconstitutional, these stamps were never used. Scott numbers are prefixed with RI. See also Potato Tax Exempt Stamp.
