AF Servo
By Vincent Bockaert
Autofocus Servo refers to the camera's ability to continuously focus on a moving subject, a feature normally only found on digital SLRs.

AF Servo Essentially, motor-driven autofocus; engage it and a digital SLR's autofocus system will continuously track (focus) on a moving subject.

AF Servo
A.k.a. Continuous Focus, AF Servo, is maintained by partially pressing the camera's shutter release button, which enables you to maintain focus on a moving subject as the subject moves within the frame.

And an active baby means more difficulty in focusing. Use the auto focus set at the continuous auto focus setting, or more commonly known as the AF servo setting. In this mode, the auto focus will continue to find focus points on a moving object.
