Albert effect An effect that creates a reversed image. An exposed frame of film, treated with dilute chromic acid is exposed to light.
The Albert Effect. - When an ordinary film is heavily exposed, treated with an oxidizing agent such as chromic acid, washed, re- exposed to diffuse light, and then developed, a positive image of the first exposure is obtained.
