Press CMD-I (mac) CTRL-I (win) to invert the layer mask. Now, instead of a full-color image with a desaturated rectangle in the center, you should have a desaturated background with a full-color center.

Select all tagged (CMD+T).
Copy selected images (CMD+Y) to ‘EDIT' within the job folder.
Open all of the images to ‘EDIT' in Adobe Camera Raw.
Make individual adjustments, saving each image at JPG Level 12 into a ‘SENT' folder.

6.) Select all the images (CMD+A) and use Action > JPEG Rotate. This is called a Lossless Rotate, and re-orders the data in each image that's rotated so that each image is now genuinely a vertical, as opposed to what came out of the camera, ...

To build and run your application just click the circle button in the top left corner, or alternatively CMD+R as a shortcut. This pops open the simulator and you'll catch a glimpse of the app loading into view.
