Color Temperature Conversion Filter

The effect of Color Temperature conversion filters on color temperature is measured in units called "reciprocal megakelvins" (MK-1). Given the filter's shift value in MK-1, you can figure out how the filter will change a given temperature of light.

A color film that is color balanced to work under tungsten lighting. To use a tungsten type film type under daylight or flash, a color temperature conversion filter is needed. This film is also known as Type B film.
