Improper mixing of chemicals or contamination during mixing can have far-reaching effects on operations, quality, production, and mission accomplishment in the imaging facilities of the Navy.

The interior compartments of most bags are constructed of a material that doesn't show contamination obviously so you can't always trust that you'll see if your bag is a source of dust rather than a shield from it.

Viewfinder dust is merely an irritant when you use your camera. In theory heavy marks on the mirror could affect accurate metering and autofocussing, but it probably won't make a difference unless the contamination is really severe.
