Dense
An overexposed negative or portion of it; the opposite of Thin. See: Overexposure.
Dense
Describes a negative or an area of a negative in which a large amount of silver has been deposited. A dense negative transmits relatively little light.
The dense foliage blocks out most of the harshness of the sun’s rays and provides a soft, even light on the forest floor so I could quite easily shoot for most of the day.
The 'denser' build and slightly chunkier grip on the EOS 5D Mark II does make it feel that bit more substantial than the EOS 50D, you know there's something special about it from the moment you lift it.

The steep cliff forces the lines of equal elevation to cluster very densely. We can see the elevation at the valley floor is 4000 feet and at the top of El Capitan is 7569 feet. Now you know which direction the cliff drops.
Your gear is cold from being outside all day and when you pull out the camera to download images, the relatively high moisture of a warm room will condense on the cold equipment.

Besides, your monitor can't show detail as dense and fine as a print could .This means these pictures would make fine 8x12s if you're not scrutinizing the 8x12 prints from like a foot away, or looking at then on your computer.

I choose T-MAX 100 because it has a very fine grain and it is the black and white developing process that I have had the best results with. This is what fully developed dense negatives look like.
Overdevelopment: Excessive development, producing dense, high contrast negatives.
Overexposure: Excessive exposure. On color negatives and prints the result is an increase in overall density. On slides the effect gives lighter results.
If you open the canister before it has time to reach room temperature, moisture from the air will condense on the film surface causing spots on your pictures. To prevent this, be sure to take it out at least an hour before opening the canister.
Isolate a plant of a contrasting color against a background of willows. Or shoot birds feeding in a dense stand; maybe even set up a bird-feeding station nearby so that they use the willows as a perch.
In photography, brightness is dependent upon correct exposure. Overexposures will be very bright but will have lost highlight density details. Underexposures will be very dense and show little brightness.
One way to put a film of "distilled" water on a surface is to breath on it. The water vapor in your breath will condense on a cooler surface as pure water. You can then wipe the condensation off the surface with a lens tissue or cloth.
After that, you only need to remove the objects and rinse with plain water. The results are beautifully detailed objects in shades of blue and white. If you use a transparency you need a heavy piece of glass and a dense negative.
