Photoshop Elements, like the Photoshop program on which it is based, is a powerful program suitable to all but the most technically oriented photographer. Because it can do so much, it initially looks complicated, and in many ways it is.
The kinds of buildings and residences where people live in a place and the accommodations for travelers are other elements to consider. In large cities, many people dwell in vertical residences. A few reside in stately mansions or on estates.
Another important precision optical element is the DOE (diffractive optical element).
Standard lenses change the direction of light through refraction, but DOE changes the light path through diffraction.
ELEMENT - A single lens that is a component of a compound lens.
EMULSION - A light-sensitive composition consisting of one or more of the silver halides suspended in gelatin for coating a surface of a film, photographic paper and the like.
