Expiry date

Photography Expiration dateExport

-Expiry date - date stamp on most film boxes indicating the useful life of the material in terms of maintaining its published speed and contrast.

This great service is completely free if you want to store less than 2Gb of data, and you can store that 2Gb for as long as you want because there is no expiry date to the offer.

Outdated
Film outside of the expiry date stamp, found on the film box. (this date indicates the useful life of the material in terms of maintaining its published speed and contrast.)
(see Contrast & Speed) ...

Just glad to see that slide film is still being made judging by the distant expiry dates on the Provia 100F I bought yesterday.

Film, like milk, doesn't instantly drop dead the moment the expiry date arrives. Especially if the film has been stored in low temperature, low humidity environments.
