Most of the blemishes and faults can be corrected quickly in Adobe Photoshop with either the Clone Stamp tool or Healing Brush. To start, the smaller reflector under the stop sign it could easily go as it is too distracting.
It is best not to choose the widest or smallest aperture setting because lenses do not show their optimum image quality at both extremes of the scale and optical faults may become visible. For optimum image quality select a medium aperture.

For the purpose of this action, the Camera Raw Defaults setting is used. With this setting, Camera Raw automatically adjusts the image. The Image Settings option can also be used if desired.
Then click on the Save As Defaults button at the bottom of the dialog box. If you need more adjustment, you can always change these settings, but they're a good place to start for nature photographers.
