Fish-eye lens
Extreme wide-angle lens with an angle of view exceeding 100 degree and sometimes in excess of 180 degree. depth of field is practically infinite and focusing is not required. Ultra-wide angle lens giving 180 angle of view.
Fish-eye lens - An extremely wide-angle lens that can take in a huge panoramic view but distorts the edges of the image.
Fixed focus - A lens system that doesn't require focusing. Most point-and-shoot automatic cameras have a fixed-focus lens.

Full-frame fish-eye lenses can be addictive. Their unique curvilinear perspective and very wide field of view demand your attention.
You should avoid using fish-eye lenses that distort the image.
Camera orientation. The camera's orientation depends partly on the scene that you are capturing. For most scenes the camera is mounted horizontally in landscape mode.
There are basically two kinds of fish-eye lenses for photography: 1. Lenses that produce a circular image, typically 8 or 10mm lenses, used on 35mm cameras or full-frame digital cameras.

Is there a fish-eye lens in a digital camera? I would be hard pressed to find a digital camera with a lens less than 18mm (about 27mm, at best, in and SLR).
