Flash exposure bracketing (FEB) takes a series of three consecutive pictures exposed at slightly different settings above or below the exposure recommended by the autoexposure system.
FEB stands for Flash Exposure Bracketing. This is a function built into some high end speedlites (such as the 550EX, 580EX and 580EX II) which allows three images to be taken with different flash exposure compensation settings.
