-Grain focuser. GRAIN FOCUSER Focusing the negative image on the enlarging paper can be difficult when the negatives are dense or have no sharply defined lines that you can see in the projected image.
Under my grain focuser, I cannot see grain. I see more image detail. Tech Pan is the only Kodak film that I use. For all other black & white work, I like Ilford Delta 100 and 400 processed in T-Max or one to one in Ilford ID-11.
grain focuser
greyscale image - an image made up only of shades of grey, i.e. a (so called) black-and-white image.
