Basically a prepackaged stock solution. Kodak's Indicator Stop Bath comes this way. The concentrate is diluted 1:62 (2 oz. concentrate for a gallon of water) to get the working solution.

Most procedures call for only thirty seconds in the acidic stop bath. Some stop baths such as Kodak's Indicator Stop Bath changes color when the effectiveness of the chemical solution has expired. This stage only requires one initial agitation.
