Next with Lamp Black Powder on the tip of a Q-Tip cotton swab, breathe on the lens then wipe away all residual. Finish it off with one last breath to fog up the lens element using another clean Kimwipe until dry. (Picks up the leftover carbon) ...
Tungsten-Halogen Lamp
A tungsten filament coil set in a regenerative halogen gas atmosphere that eliminates premature lamp blackening. Useful lamp-life is extended, lamp size decreased. Earlier name: Quartz Iodine.
