Lumen
A unit of measurement of Incident light. Lumens, like Lux, flux, candela, Foot Candles, foot lamberts, and Watt/seconds, were created by scientists and engineers to confuse artists.

Lumen second - unit to measure the total light output of a photographic source.
Luminance - measurable amount of light which is emitted by or reflected from a source.
20 lumen built-in projector, "40% brighter," but Nikon doesn't say 40% brighter than what.
ANSI Lumens. A measurement of the overall brightness of a projector, the higher number of ANSI lumens means that if you're in a bright room, you'll still be able to see your image, and the colors in your flowers will stay saturated.
Brightness is specified by an ANSI lumens rating, with higher numbers being brighter and better for photos. With lower ratings you may have to make the room darker or project the image from closer up so it's smaller.
Luminosity measured in lumens, and describes the brightness of either a light source or a reflective surface. Luminosity also measures the highest to the lowest RGB components of an image.
