Miniature camera is a term commonly applied to cameras with a format size of less than 35mm.
Focusing of subminiature camera The process of focusing a subminiature camera is the same as on any other camera: the lens or lenses are moved back and forth relative to the film plane.
The most commonly available miniature cameras use the APS, or Advanced Photo System. This is a cartridge film in a 16 x 24mm format.
At the beginning of photography, a film format of 9Ã-12cm or 4Ã-5in was considered normal, so the first cameras using the 35mm film were called miniature cameras.
