Model Release
Model Release is a legal document that serves as a contract between a photographer and his subjects. Photographers generally require that their models sign model releases to release the photographers from liability.

Although not considered necessary in many cases as a legal safeguard for yourself get a signed agreement before taking any photos that include people and have the subject of your photo sign a Model Release Consent Form.

Model Release Agreement - This is a contract that is obtained from a person whose face is recognizable in the photograph that will be displayed publicly or used commercially.

If you photograph a lot of people and well-known landmarks, then the topic of model release forms would often come up.

Model Release   This is a signed release from the person/s depicted in a stock photo, giving consent for his or her likeness to be used for commercial purposes as described in the release.

Model Releases
This is an absolute must! If there are ANY recognizable human faces, a standard model release must be signed, scanned, uploaded with each associated image of that person and kept on file.
