Monoblocks or Power Packs? I prefer Novatrons and their single, central power pack. You put the heavy power pack to the side, plug it into the wall, and then you plug the flash heads and your sync into the power pack. It's easy.

I own Balcar mount monoblocks/ heads, then I also use Speedotron Brownline as well. I have the advantage of the rock solid base of Speedotron and the finesse of the monos, along with being able to use accesories that are unique to each.
