Can I take panoramas with my camera?
Several HP digital cameras are the first to offer in-camera panorama stitching-a feature that fuses up to five single shots together to create one seamless image-right in your camera.
Do-it-yourself panorama effect
The first photo looks like it came right out of a motion picture. The vastness is further enhanced by the narrow format.
Merge Photos as Panorama in Photoshop - with two or more images selected in Lightroom choose Photo > Edit In > Merge to Panorama in Photoshop. In the Photomerge dialog box check your source photos and specify other options and click OK.
Use the camera's panorama function or photo editing software to achieve a wide angle. Some cameras offer a panorama function that stitches photos together. Photo editing software like Photoshop, Pixiq or Zoner Photo Studio also can do this.
I've done stiched panoramas before, and they are fun. The main problem is ensuring that the pivot point is centered on the nodal point of the lens. Not too many view cameras have a mounting point below the lens.

The panorama feature in most digital cameras is excellent these days. The technology is advanced and works well. Give it a try if you haven't yet.
The innovative Live Panorama function, meanwhile, enables the easy photography of large groups by simply holding down the shutter button, then previewing the whole scene that's been captured, via the LCD.
In this image you can see that I labeled a subset of Images as Panorama and I gave them a 4-star rating. I can now sort all my images by star rating, to process those high quality images first. You can also play a slideshow with Adobe Bridge.
There are many purposes for using masks, for example, for creating panoramas, manipulating photos (adding or removing stuff), or doing purely artistic stuff. I most often end up using them to manage contrast between different areas of the picture.

Other popular software is for making panoramas, so called stitching software. If you like panoramas or want to try you will need this software. Even panorama software is included in some of the image editing packages.
