Blacklight photography can also be used for eerie portraiture effects. The subject can be painted with blacklight responsive bodypaints and photographed in a room lit solely by blacklight.

Years ago, photographers discovered that adding an umbrella to a light source would increase the size of the reflected light coming from their light source, greatly improving the quality of light for portraiture.

Now that you know what it takes and how to go about digital portraiture, you may eventually want to go to the next level; you may find yourself doing more and more studio work for clients who need huge image files.
