Most of you will probably be shooting digital so I want to cover some digital development tips as well here.

For autumn landscapes, a little post processing magic is required. A camera does not work the same way as the human eye and it won't record the colors or contrast exactly the way we saw them.

Post Processing
Developing of the image, from Raw data or in camera converted file formats.. depending on the software used, many elements can be adjusted at this stage including, exposure, brightness, colour, saturation etc.
No post processing done
Maybe you spend way too much time on the computer, or you have a little bit of desktop real estate that you can use as a photo staging area.

If you like post processing your pictures, it is advisable to refrain from using high levels of ISO as the noise could cause problem when you magnify the image. In order to have excellent outcome, the suggested level is ISO 200.
I don't have to do a lot of post processing with the images either. I don't mind a little bit of noise in the picture if it's not distracting, so if I think it's acceptable, I tend to not do any noise reduction.
