CF and SD cards are cheapest, xD cards and Sony Memory Sticks are most expensive.

The D7000 has 2 SD card slots for extra storage. It's recommended that you go with 2 small SD cards instead of one big one, just in case one fails and you still need to take some photos. Also nice is the 100% view finder.

By adding a memory card (usually a Micro SD card) to your camera phone you can take and store many more photos. If you just use the internal memory of the camera phone you can only store about 10-15 photos.
