Sulfuric acid - high corrosive chemical used in reducers.
Supper coat - top coating of non-sensitized gelatin added to sensitized emulsions to form a protective layer.

The Leblanc process was done by reacting sulfuric acid to sodium chloride to give sodium sulfate and hydrochloric acid.

vegetable parchment
a grease and water resistant paper made by passing unsized paper through sulfuric acid to gelatinize the surface.
vehicle
the fluid portion of printing ink that acts as a carrier for the pigment and enables it to flow.

When using graduates made of plastic, do not try to measure strong acids, such as sulfuric acid, which could cause severe damage. You must also be sure that the material the graduate is made of does not react with any of your photographic chemicals.
