Underwater photography can be incredibly rewarding. There are countless bizarre, colorful animals, shimmering coral reefs, and towering kelp forests that beg to be photographed.

Underwater photography is a tricky endeavor. Wading through camera and lens choices, finding the right housing and then getting that perfect shot while hovering weightless in inner space can be daunting.

Underwater photography has been around long enough for all of the problems to be recognised and most of the solutions discovered. The result is that for every problem there is an equal and opposite solution even if a compromise is sometimes needed.
